This was my grandpas printer, only 1 year old. Said it stopped working and when he contacted support it was just few days out of warranty so they stonewalled him. Brand new print heads installed (with spares) and ink is basically full (besides Magenta). Probably still works but I can’t be bothered to fix it. The cost of the ink alone is worth more than the printer even if it cannot be fixed.
