Order Cancellation & Returns Orders may be cancelled by the customer within 24 hours after the order is placed. Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 24-72 hours to make arrangements. The item must be returned unused and with all of the original packaging. Freight Shipping Machines and other heavy items are shipped via freight carrier only and will arrive crated and palletized. Freight deliveries are curbside delivery only (white-glove services are not included). Freight orders usually take 7-10 business days for delivery; some items will take longer, based on your location. Important Information For Freight Shipments If you are in an area with limited access or outside of carrier's delivery area, it may be necessary to pick your shipment up at the nearest freight terminal. We will not be responsible or compensate for additional delivery fees in these areas. If this is a concern in your area, please contact our customer service and we will discuss this with the freight company before the item is purchased. After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. In the unfortunate event that damage occurs in shipping, we will need pictures of the damaged area on the machine as well as pictures of the outside and inside packing material in order to process a claim with the shipping company. Please retain all packing materials until a claim is filed by us and arrangements can be made for a replacement or repair.
