Needs a new thermal head. The body is covered with multiple stains and marks, grazes. Signs of dust inside. Missing tracing paper rollers. This product is not covered by manufacturer warranty and therefore does not get manufacturer service assistance.

Application:Direct Thermal & Thermal Transfer. Connectivity:Ethernet, USB. I was looking for a simple thermal printer at a good price point, and this does the job well. Each printer is thoroughly tested and has worn parts like printheads, rollers, belts and motors replaced for top performance.
