From previous buyer. I can't get it to work. I keep getting a blank blurry image. I tried two different softwares with it. VueScan and Silverfast. I also noticed that on the lighted scanner bad I can see two dark lines like big scratches. I don't know If that has anything to do with it. I have reached out the software support to confirm that it's not an error on my end, but right now it's looking like it doesn't work. My computer sees the scanner and the name pops up and it will preview or scan the image but no image appears. I will show you an example.
