If you are a reseller and have a Retail Sales Tax Certificate, please provide that to us prior to checkout via email or fax.  Shipping: We will ship your items within 1 business day from receipt of payment and provide shipping carrier tracking details for every transaction. All items will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking information uploaded to each transaction. We can revise the shipping charge for multiple purchases upon request. Shipping quote is for the continental United States only (All others will need to contact us for a shipping quote).  Additional surcharges will apply. We do not ship directly to APO/FPO or Post Office box addresses. We do not ship directly to international addresses at this time.  We will ship internationally only using EBay's Global Shipping Program.  Lost or missing shipments must be reported within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. Return Policy: All items are guaranteed to work as described for 30 days unless stated otherwise. All items found not to be working as described must be returned with 30 days of receipt and upon verification of serial number(s).  A full credit or exchange will be made based on inventory. There will be a 20% restocking fee if the shipment is refused upon arrival, but not on other returns. Disclosure: Buyer agrees if their received package has damage to provide photos and cooperate if requested to allow Refurb-World, LLC to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
