Epson 252 (T252520-S) TriColor Ink Cartridge Exp. 06/2027

My Epson WF-7620 printer read Error 0x97. I tried to clean the printer head which did not solve the issue. I did open the Cyan cartridge, installed it but it was not used. The printer would not print. I taped the cartridge ink port and the package(see photo). The other cartridges have not been opened. I'm also throwing in the black cartridge as well. The three color cartridges cost me $51.46 (see receipt in photo). Just wanting to recoup some of my loss.
