Ship by FedEx ground (with tracking # and insurance), which takes 1-4 days to 48 continental states. So you should be able to get your computer in a week.FedEx cannot delivery to a P O Box address, so please provide a valid physical address (business address is preferred) as your mailing address. If we have to ship to a P O Box address, it will be mailed out by USPS parcel mail, which takes 9-12 days. We DO ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, and AFO etc. Please email us to get a quote for extra shipping cost. Return:Return is accepted for unopened, new item (within 30 Days after receiving the item).If the unit is in manufacture original sealed box or in manufacture original condition, there is no restock fee.If manufacture sealed was broken or not in manufacture original condition, but no missing accessory, no scratch/damage, it is subject 20% restock fee.
